About the Founder: Wayne Weber (MBA)
Wayne has 20+ years in operational leadership and sales, culminating as Chief Operating Officer (2023–2025) at UPAT SA (Milwaukee, fischer, Stabila, etc.), where he drove organisation-wide operational excellence.
He helped establish Milwaukee as a leading brand in South Africa by leveraging market insights and building strong channels.
He holds an MBA from Milpark Business School.
